Is it safe to pay online?

You can use your credit card on Explosion.com.tr Your credit card details is only visible to you. Your credit card details is sent to the bank via an encrypted connection. It is not possible for a third party, including our company, to view or access your details. Your card details is kept between you and your bank. |
Can I send gifts through Explosion.com.tr?

Yes. Delivery and billing addresses are separate on the payment page. You can enter the address you want to send a gift to under the delivery section. This way, the product will be sent to the delivery address. |
Can I gift-wrap my purchases from Explosion.com.tr?

If you select the gift option for all products during the order, your products will be sent wrapped. |
What are the after-sales support services?
|
- If you feel you have received a defective product, you can return it to Explosion, Park Sokak No15 Çağlayan/ Kağıthane Istanbul with a letter explaining the problem together with the product.
- The product will be inspected and you will be notified of the result. Shipping fees for returning opened products belong to you. Product inspection takes an average of 20 business days.
- The product will be repaired if possible, otherwise you will be entitled to a replacement or refund if the inspection shows that the product was defective.

Order Shipments and Cargo

- Delivery times change depending on the city and district you reside in.
- Products are shipped on the same day if possible. If same-day shipping is not possible, it may take up to five business days.
- The orders are delivered by UPS, our contracted package delivery firm.
- The delivery time of the product is the sole responsibility of the package delivery firm.
- The firm delivers packages to remote districts only on certain days of the week. If the package is damaged, torn and so on and you believe that the contents of the package may have been harmed because of this, please check and open the packages you believe to have been damaged in front of delivery personnel.
- If the product is damaged, do not accept the package and ask the delivery personnel to fill out a report. Please note that once you accept the package, the delivery personnel cannot be considered responsible for any damage to the product.

Product Availability

- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Stocks may change rapidly during sales campaigns.
- Explosionreserves the right to inform its customers of similar products, products in different categories, or substitute products with similar prices if there is a supply problem or stock shortage.
- If the customer refuses to order the substitute, Explosion will return the amount of the substitute product to the customer.
